Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations/Returns
    Cancellations or return requests will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. Refunds/Replacements
    Refunds or replacements may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
    • Replacement products will be delivered within 5 days.
  3. Warranty-Related Complaints
    For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  4. Refund Processing
    In the case of refunds approved by ANITESH MONDAL, it will take 7 days for the refund amount to be credited to the original payment method.
